Anyone 18 and under can ride Kitsap Transit’s buses and ferries for free starting in September. All you need is a youth ORCA card!

Kitsap Transit is suspending four routes starting August 22 due to a shortage of bus drivers.

Ride free to cooling centers during this week’s extreme heat. On our maps, find your nearest cooling center and which bus routes will get you to and from there.

Starting in July, Kitsap Transit Routed and ACCESS operators will receive higher wages, plus progressive increases over the next three years and a retention bonus.
