Kitsap Transit published the final Ferry Maintenance Facility Siting Study in June 2024 — moving us closer to constructing a dedicated ferry maintenance facility.

Kitsap Transit on Monday celebrated the opening of its new transit center in Silverdale, the culmination of a decade-long process to find a permanent home for public transit in Central Kitsap.

A public comment period will be open from May 18 to July 2.
